she probably meant that dont want to give cell phone out and shell call you. she might not like talking or answering phone since is so damn expensive and might not have even turned on or prepaid card ran out. not a good source to contact since online is easy fast no games hassles delays and hangups etc. just dosent work for some people so dont bother to ask or get # and maybe could get suprise and shell call u.if good friends should ask her what to do.
