My wisdom were hurting a month ago. im 18 years old and i can see that my wisdom teeth are showin on my bottom jaw. And i also noticed they have pushed my teeth and they have moved a lil from their place.. i have closed an apointment to take em off within 2-3 weeks.. i was wondering. wil my teeth go back to their place as they used to be or wil they stay messed up even if i take my wisdom teeth out?

Not being a dentist, I can't give you a "professional" opinion, but, as a grown man who has had braces, and wisdom teeth, and two of them removed, I can tell you that in some cases your molars and others will move back to where they came from as they "relieve" themselves of the pressure caused on them by the wisdom teeth. Being that you're 18, which is young and healthy, I think this might be the case with you, but, if I were you, I'd simply ask your dentist. He can surely give you "the odds" of your teeth returning to their original opinion since he knows specifically about YOUR mouth, and the dental history he knows from all his education. I think you're going to do just fine. Ask you dentist for specifics. God Bless you.

Teeth ALWAYS move in 2 directions, into the mouth and towards the front. If you need to undue crowding caused by pushing wisdom teeth you will need orthodontics. If you had braces already and have a retainer, try it in. They can be active appliances under certain circumstances and not just space maintainers. Hopefully this helps.

It depends on how much they have been pushed out of place. See your dentist and get them x-rayed straightaway, they may be growing in sideways in which case you should insist on getting them out as soon as possible. Take it from me, there is nothing more painful than an impacted wisdom tooth - sort it out as soon as you can and worry about the rest of your teeth later.

HELLO,
ONCE THE WISDOM TEETH ARE REMOVED THE CONSEQUENT DAMAGE THEY MAY HAVE CAUSED NEARBY TEETH WILL REMAIN. ONCE THE WISDOM TEETH ARE REMOVED THEN BRACES CAN PROPERLY GUIDE YOUR TEETH TO IDEAL POSITION
