If we believe there is a hell, and we might
go there, wouldnt god save us before we
think that because its a sin to worry?

Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him

yes it is a sin to worry
because worry is the opposite of faith
If you believe in him trust him he will take care of you

The seven deadly sins are:
lust
gluttony
greed
sloth
wrath
envy
pride
Basically all other sins are encompassed under those. As far as I see, worrying has no place there. So, of course you needent, but may, worry.

God said, "Don't worry, be happy". No, wait, that was Bobby McFerrin. God would not send us to hell for worrying. Everybody at some point worries. He does encourage us not to.

A sin is defined as anything that is bad for your body, your mind, your soul ... do you agree?

Then worrying is indeed a sin, as it's bad for your body, it's bad for your mind, and certainly does no good for your soul.

Everyone worries. Even Christ shed drops of blood as He agonized over his fate to come. It isn't the worry that is the problem....it is what you do with it.
Not MY will, but Thine be done...is freeing your mind.
