According to WikiPedia.com -- Propaganda is a type of message aimed at influencing the opinions or behavior of people. Often, instead of impartially providing information, propaganda can be deliberately misleading, or use fallacies, which, while sometimes convincing, are not necessarily valid.
Propaganda techniques include -- patriotic flag-waving, glittering generalities, intentional vagueness, over simplification of complex issues, rationalization, introducing unrelated red herring issues, using appealing, simple slogans, stereotyping, testimonials from authority figures or celebrities, unstated assumptions, and encouraging readers or viewers to "jump on the bandwagon" of a particular ideology.

Lou Dobbs isn't persecuting anyone, he doesn't have the power to do that, but I wish he did!
What he is doing is keeping the American public informed. If illegals believe they are being persecuted by the truth, too damn bad. If they don't like it here, they can always leave and take their complaints up to their own government so they can hopefully get that bullet in the head they all deserve!

Dobbs is just one of the few people in the media that is not afraid to voice a view that is not shared by his network or bosses.
I think there are many citizens that feel as he does about immigration. Things are going to change because we are in a crisis.
If we don't get control of our borders we will lose our national identity.
Dobbs, speaking his mind has nothing to do with propaganda.
Chavez and Castro are better examples than Lou Dobbs for your theory.

Lou Dobbs is passionate about his position. Nazi style would be squelching his right to say what he says. Personally, I think people who come to this country illegally demanding that we change our procedures to protect our borders are much more dangerous to the security of this country than Lou Dobbs. And that is not directed at people who follow the law to enter this country. There is no "right" to become an American citizen that extends to everyone in the world. It is a PRIVILEDGE that the United States grants under procedures prescribed by our laws. If someone enters the country illegally, they are CRIMINALS. In that. Lou Dobbs is correct. Like it or not.
His style of reporting is a tad on the dramatic side. But the immigration issue is a serious one. Regardless of what side you are on. And on some points, he is absolutely correct. Because if it is your belief that the borders to this country should be open unconditionally to anyone who wants to enter, you are sadly mistaken. ESPECIALLY when you consider that immigration laws for entry into Mexico for instance are EXTREMELY restrictive.
"Give us your poor..." is an inscription on a statue. And while it is often the reality with immigration here, it is NOT the law of the land.

No, Lou Dobbs give the facts just as they are, no candy coating. Lou never has said anything bad about immigration, but he does speak out on illegal aliens, people openly breaking our laws. But he also speaks out on big business, and how they are getting away with breaking our laws. I think what most like about Lou Dobbs, is he is not for the right, nor the left, but he is for hard working Americans.

OK, Lou Dobbs is not the nicest or more level headed guy out there, but, really, comparing him to a Nazi is the kind of fallacious, deliberately misleading fallacy, that, while sometimes convincing is none the less invalid.

the article whines about claims made by dobbs and others but makes no attempt at disproving the claims.
So for someone who calls someone a nazi propagandist yet presents no facts of their own... i woudl stick with dobbs.

Lou Dobbs and the guys at Numberusa got it right.
North American Union, wide open borders, Illegal Aliens running rampant, so called "cured" diseases of the past are back......we are being invaded.....
The Middle Class is square in the bulls-eye of the power brokers who are hellbent on having no US borders, a super-rich class and a super-poor class(working poor) who are too tired to complain/fight but who are willing to work for less and less pay each year
