Contact your regular dentist as soon as possible regarding your toothache as he/she will be able to get in touch with your OB-GYN to discuss treatment options. If your dentist is not available over the weekend then you might consider visiting your local ER, if a tooth gets an abscess (infection) then you will need to be started on antibiotic therapy immediately. YES see a dentist. Studies have been done linking bad oral health to having premature babies (early births). So visit a dentist asap and also get your teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist there after the dentist fixes your tooth pain (most likely it is a cavity).
