The hair on my legs grow very fast. I shave in the morning and by the end of the day you can already feel little hairs coming out. I've used hair removal creams and they dont last any longer for me. I may try waxing although im not all for the fact that you have to let it grow before you can get it done.
Are there any other methods that you know of that i can try?

Why not visit a determologist.
They may give you a medication to help with this.

honestly, shaving is the best. do you use shaving cream? nair works well. when you shave, shave downwards in the directions of the hair, not up. after try using shaving lotions. you can get all these from the drugstore, but if you feel the need, go up higher and buy these products called "The Art of Shaving" they are a little on the pricey side but they work for me!
