Neither. He is mentally disturbed.
I went to the same residency program that he did (although later, he is MUCH older than I) and heard the disturbing truth.
He would ask other residents who was going to die in the Hospital during the night, then he would go sit in their rooms and watch because he enjoyed seeing the "light go out" at that moment.
Disturbed. Disturbing. Dangerous.

Neither. He's a man, and I have no strong opinions on what he did, for or against. I can see both sides of the argument.

It could be argued either way. My personal opinion is that he was robbing people of the chance to be treated if, by some miracle, a medical breakthrough had occurred in their favor.
