Under the themes option there is no windows vista basic so how do i get that theme because windows aero is slowing my computer down fully. my cpu usage is 100%

Stop the Desktop Windows Manager Service and Aero should not work
Click on Start
Type services.msc
Press Enter
Click on COntinue
Services will open
Look for Desktop Windows Manager
Double click on it
CHange the startup type from automatic to disabled
Press Apply
Pres Stop
Press OK
Restart the computer

Right click the desktop and choose Personalize. Click on Windows Color and Appearance. Turn off "Glass".
Now go back to the Personalize appearance and sounds window and click "Theme". Drop the Theme list and choose "Windows Basic"
That should do it.

Click the Windows Logo, Click on the "Control Panel", Click on "Appearance and Personalization", Click on Customize Colors, Uncheck the "Enable Transparency" Box, Further down Click on "Open Classic Appearance Properties For More Color Options"A Window titled "Appearance Settings" will Open choose the Theme you want.
