The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the only church set up the way Jesus set up his, and it has been restored. We practice baptism for the dead, we have apostles and prophets, we have no paid ministry, we baptize by immersion, we practice divine healing, we bestow the gift of the Holy Ghost by the laying on of hands, we bear the name of Jesus Christ, we have the same organization as Christ's church, we have divine authority, we teach that God and Jesus Christ are seperate and distinct individuals, we teach that they have bodies of flesh and bone, our officers are called of God, we do have revelations from God, we are a missionary church, and your exactly right, by our fruits ye shall know us, not by anti-LDS rumors.

The church I attend is called, Christian church. Christian= Christ like.
We obey every point you made but there are a few that you mis-quoted:
6-Paid ministry: 1 corth 9: But we did not use this right. On the contrary, we put up with anything rather than hinder the gospel of Christ. 13Don't you know that those who work in the temple get their food from the temple, and those who serve at the altar share in what is offered on the altar? 14In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel." SO minister should be paid
9-The bible says the gifts shall cease in corith when that (an object in the Greek) shall come to pass=bible. We needed the gifts in the early church but we do not need them now. No one is raised from the dead or the blind see.
10- "The father and I are one" "before Abraham was I am"
"And the word was God and the word became flesh"
These all show the oneness of God and Jesus.
11- John 4:24, "Jesus said to her, "Believe me, woman, the hour is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.
22
You people worship what you do not understand; we worship what we understand, because salvation is from the Jews.
23
But the hour is coming, and is now here, when true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and truth; 9 and indeed the Father seeks such people to worship him.
24
God is Spirit, and those who worship him must worship in Spirit and truth."...God is spirit.
16-6For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. 17And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. 18Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. 19If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men." this passage says NOTHING of baptism of the dead. We know what must be done before baptism from Acts 2:38, "Repent everyone of you and be baptized for the remission of your sins" So one must believe, repent and then baptism is required.
You are following the cult of Mormonism. It's leader is Joseph Smith and NOT Jesus Christ. Learn the truth my brother.

You are completely mistaken that ministry has to be unpaid. St. Paul expressly states that he has a right to earn a living by the gospel. (1 Cor 9:14)
It is not possible to baptize the dead. 1 Cor 15 makes no reference of this nature.
Traditional orthodox and catholic churches, which stand unbroken in apostolic succession since the apostolic age, have a much better claim to following the original structure than the polytheists of the LDS church do, I'm afraid. And at least the Protestant churches continue to follow the correct doctrines of Justification and the trinity.
But then, that is why they've never had a great answer to "And the gates of hell shall never prevail over it." (Matt 16:18) Or why they added to the scriptural canon, when Revelation forbade it (Rev 22:18)

Yawn. I'm always amazed at the effort "Christians" will pour into "proving" the supremacy of their own particular cult with circular reasoning, as if it matters.
I started to get interested when you asked "Why are these things important?" - but the answer was just another Bible verse.
In fact, every existing denomination claims to fulfill all the Biblical requirements; and no two agree - that's the beauty of interpretation. And it simply doesn't matter. If there is any value in the Bible at all, each person has to extract it for himself. I categorically reject religious "Authority;" I'm against the idea of church on principle. I don't take my spirituality and morality pre-digested and regurgitated.

First of all you need to interpret the bible correctly
God does not wants us to baptise the dead. The dead rise only to be judged by God at the great white throne. If your apart of the second resurrection have great fear, because its not anything you want to be apart of.
Look at Revelation 20:4-6.
4 Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Your theology is screwed up in that you say Jesus was not a virgin.
Jesus is all of God. He is the creator of the world. Before Abraham I am. If God is just he has to punish all sin, which requires an eternity in hell. You cannot be good enough to receive eternal life. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. Only God dying on the cross could be sufficient payment for our sins. If you don't have Jesus you will face God on your own without any chance.

The church of which you speak is also concider a cult because of misinterpretation of scripture.
Where in the King James version does it speak of baptising for the dead?
When was the LDS church formed about the time of Mr. Smith and the Book of Mormon.
Why did Mr Smith change doctrines to justify his doctrines?
These are a few of the questions that some ask--so if you don't mind--may I ask you the same--thank you

A large pile of crap attracts a large number of flies and a very large number of maggots result. Why is any of this desirable?
The Eastern Orthodox Church is the least reprehensible and is even admirable in many ways. Their afterlife specifications are entirely commendable: Everbody dies and goes to heaven without exception or delay. Those who embraced God bask in the infinite radiance of His unlimited love. Those who denied God burn in it. Reasonable and equitable.
Christans die and go to heaven where they spend eternity jammed butt to teakettle amidst other Christians. Everybody else dies and rests in peace. Fair is fair - and payback is a [female dog].

You would do best to put down your book and seek in nature for your "church" as Jesus said worship in private, and only there will you find all your criteria, so long as you are not so close-minded as to think all these things must be found in man alone. fascinating how pagans are more akin to this, yet christians hate and persecute them for it - must be because christendoms very roots mimic paganism - indeed every idea came from what they label "pagan, heathen, devil."

John 17:11 says that "we are one"? Where do you see that it says that they aren't one? Also, the Latter Day Saints believe in "cutting and pasting" verses in the bible, so don't believe what this guys says.
