Yes.. US supports Israel w/o considering its own interests.!! Israel's security and oil were the reasons for going to Iraq.

Why support Israel? They are good allies, but more importantly, the world owes them something for the hideous way they were treated in World War 2. If the USA did not support them, no one would.

I didn't support the Iraq war, and I don't support one in Iran either. I think with Iran it is the current leadership that gives the impression that all Iranians hate America. I heard an interesting fact on a special on Iran the other day saying that of 70 million Iranians only 20 million truly hate the USA. The rest disagree with that, and would like to come here themselves.

As for Syria, we will leave them alone in peace, if they stop trying to start trouble in neighboring countries. It amazes me that these countries will start trouble just to make the USA look bad without regard for the innocent lives lost.

The United States will support the Israel in war or threat to its existence because it is the only democracy that is present in the Middle East. Likewise, the US state government is influenced by Jewish-Americans who linked their ancestors from Israel. Thus, Americans will support Israel all the way - against Iraq, Iran and other Arab countries.

Sure...

Why a war against Iran...because their leader is a psycho. Why Iraq...because their leader was a psycho...oh and he was sitting on a large oil reserve.

Unfortunately war will always exsist...live for peace, but live in reality at the same time.

No.

US foreign policy has often favored allies such as Israel. That's one of the things that distinguishes you to an ally - you occassionally take thier side.
