and he says he is ALWAYS there for me.
and he says all this stuff that makes me trust him.
and i consider him family...
but sometimes i think it is just an act.
and if i really needed him... he wouldnt be there.
and even if he was there... sometimes he acts like i dont exsist.
and says he never ignores me...which isnt true,
and i dont know... i just want to know if something bad happened...
if he would be there. or if i did something stupid...
is this stupid of me to think?!

People get busy and sometimes loose track of what matters. Major health issues tend to pull people back together. Cut him some slack, if he is family then he has earned the right to be a little moody. I ignore my sister all the time, but it does't mean I don' t love her or wouldn't support her when she needed.

Not at all. Not everyone can be trusted -- despite what they say. Let's hope nothing bad happens so you have to put him to the test!
