I don't get it. Your mom, wants you to buy your sister underwear....because she's a party? She's having a party? Even if she's having a party...what difference does the underwear make? Can't she buy her own? I don't think it would be appropriate to give them to her as a gift...I'm so lost. Tell your mom she's insane.

I think you are lying :) Go and buy more stuff maybe a supermarket..that way the cashier wont focus too much on the undies. And if someone asks you can say my sis/gf has been sick for a long time.

When I was sixteen, I don't think I would have felt comfortable having an older brother buy me underwear. Your sister must be desperate for underwear if your mother is sending someone out for some.
Just go to Wal-Mart and pick up a few packages. No one there pays any attention to what is in your basket.

Then go to another store that you don't go to often. Cashiers see men/young men buying panties for women all the time. Not a big deal.
Just wait until you are sent out to buy tampons.
