I would like to know if does it matter when we change the 4wheel drive to 4wheel low or 4 wheel high and drive around town, will that damage the car? Do we put it on all 4 wheel drive? Somehow since my uncle change it 4 wheel low last month the car feels wierd and funny when driving it doesn't ride smooth. Can someone please help me on this, don't really know much about cars.

J.J.- The following statement is taken from the supplemental booklet called "Four Wheeling Supplement" , which came in the packet of booklets with your owners manuals:
>>>>>>>>>>>>>copy>>>>>>>>>>>>
4WD OR AWD OPERATION ON
THE ROAD
Basic operating principles
² Do not use 4WD on dry, hard
surfaced roads (except models
equipped with Auto 4WD or
AWD). This may damage the
drivelines and axles.
<<<<<<<<<
I highly recommend that you read the entire booklet.
Here is a link to download the booklet:

This statement is taken from page 144 of your owners manual:
>>>>>>>>>>>>copy>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
4H or 4L operation is not recommended on dry pavement. Doing
so could result in difficult disengagement of the transfer case,
increased tire wear and decreased fuel economy.
<<<<<<<<<<
So YES it DOES matter & you CAN be damaging your vehicle!

Here is the link to download your complete owners manual:

PLEASE take the time to familiarize yourself with the safe operating procedures of your vehicle so that you will be able to enjoy it longer!

The hubs are still locked in 4wd. That's why it feels odd/rough.
Try putting it into 4wd at a stop, then drive forward a few feet, sstop, put into 2wd, and then back up about 10 yards. Hopefully this will unlock the hubs and no more driveline bindup. Yes driving in that mode will damage your vehicle, tell uncle to leave it alone!

4 wheel low is for towing, plowing at slow speeds. 4 wheel high is used when it snows etc. and you need all 4 wheel traction. just driving around you just keep it in drive unless you have an all wheel drive care that stays engaged all the time

To add to Ethol's EXCELLENT answer, one should NEVER select 4WD LO or HI and ANY part-time four-wheel-drive equipped vehicle, on DRY road pavements or road surfaces. This WILL damage the transfer case caused by "driveline windup" during turning manoeuvres. Hope this helps.

It shouldnt hurt it but
I would suggest driving to 2wheel in town. Also when you switch it over from 4low to 4high come to a complete stop.
