i have a bug bite on my neck that is rather large and painful to touch.?

its itchy sometimes to, but i dont not want to go to the hospital and its the weekend so my docotrs arent open, doesn anyone know anything about this, or know what i can put on it. or any home remedies.

neosporin....or
triple antibiotic ointment....

either will work....must have been a horse fly if its a big welt.
