Yes. Just make sure you "smash" up the bread crumbs first. Try putting them in a zip lock bag and pounding them, them coat the chicken. Really good idea by the way, I will have to remember that!

make an egg wash which is egg and milk and salt and pepper mixed together. put the chicken in the egg wash and then roll it in bread crumbs. bake at 350 for one hour turning over after 30 minutes so both sides with be crusty. be sure to place it on a cooking pan or sheet that has been sprayed with pam or oil of some kind so it wont stick.

yes in fact it would probably be better if the croutons are flavored it would go well with the Parmesan and you have created your own dish
