are you counting the hairs that grow in everyday to make up for the ones you lost? Or... is it getting THAT bad that your hair supply is running out? ;-)
It's just a statement that God knows everything. Even if you pee a little in your pants when you read funny questions like this one...

Have you not read the sub-clause: God is not responsible for loss of hair. He only keeps count. Neither he or any angel is responsible for loss. If loss occurs consult a local hair manipulator. God allows you free-will to lose or not lose on your own. (see weight-loss also).
