Roast them over an electric burner (on med high to high).

1) Use a lighter-put your stick and marshmallow over it
2) Stick the marshmallow in the microwave on a plate for like 7 seconds then stick a stick through it

Use a stove or ether a microwave and put the microwave to 10 secs that helps a lot because then it just turns brown and dosen't set on fire lol...

best way.......... charcoal or gas grill. grill chicken .... 30 minutes later... you still have coals . Use normal stick/ roasting utensils (stainless steel wire roasting wands)
decent way........ microwave it. put on cracker on top of a plate or just put on Paper plate for 10-15 seconds. it will get huge fast.... stop it early if needed.

You can do it over just about any heat source...your gas or electric stove, your leftover bbq coals, or even a candle, if it comes down to it (you might actually be surprised how much heat comes from a single candle flame!).

May sound a little gross but I pop them in my mouth and get them wet before I roast them. This way, they just brown.

hold them over a burner, a grill or use a hand held lighter? don't if these are safe but they do work.
