On the packaging it says how many calories for it dry, but not when it is cooked. Is there a difference?

A serving size, usually 1 cup cooked is about 200 calories.

Measure it dry, same calories dry as cooked.

1 cup (measure it) has about 80 calories, if cooked in boiling water, w/ no oil
