Opportunities directly related to psychology will be limited for bachelor’s degree holders. Some may find jobs as assistants in rehabilitation centers or in other jobs involving data collection and analysis. Those who meet State certification requirements may become high school psychology teachers.

Those with careers with only a bachelors degree fall within the lowest lowest 10 percent of wage earners and earned less than $32,280 (median salary) in May 2004.

To really make a livable wage in psychology you will probably want at least a masters degree (a doctorate is preferred).

To be a counselor you need a Master's Degree with a Bachelor's Degree I don't think you can't do much. I know a psychotherapist who earns around $60 per hour/per patient, do the math....if you like listening to other people's problems, it can be a very rewarding career.

About $7.00 per hour and they really get tired of saying "Would you like fries with that?" and "Would you like to Super Size your order?"

"McJob" wage. That level is worth zip. If you're going to go that way, you need to shoot for the Ph.D., otherwise you're wasting your time, and your money.
