I am at the beach a lot (grew up there) I use solarcaine....it's great, helps with itching and pain relief and healing the skin.

put aloe Vera on it. Keep you skin super moisturized and try to stay out of direct sun for a day or two, if you can't use sun screen and RE apply every 30-45 minutes. Take a cold shower to comfort the skin. Also aloe with litacane helps sooth the skin. It's a topical pain reliever. Good luck and i hope this helped... Oh also try to wear loose fitting clothes so the fabric doesn't bother your skin. DONT itch it! Also you can take an aspirin, that helps with any burn related pain. DRINK lots of water that helps with your skin!

4. Increase triple or quadruple water intake

There is no fast way. You cooked your skin, and now it needs time to heal. You can't rush healing. Eat lots of vegetables, this usually helps most ailments.

pour about a cup of white vinegar into a lukewarm bath. it will take out the sting and might lessen the red, too.
