Yogurt, sugar free or Splenda sweetened desserts, carrots, celery (I'm not a great fan of this, but let me show you how to make it tasty; you'll get healthy benefits also: Add a tablespoon of Mayo. It will add protein to your diet and supply a milk need. Peanutbutter is also a wonderful fiber and protein provider that tastes great. 1 TBSP. will get it. Try peanutbutter on the appetite curbing, fiber- friendly apple as well. It's wonderful.

proteins (hard boiled egg, beef jerky, left over chicken, etc.) and veggies are best for snacks between meals and if you have a sweet tooth going then some fruit is always good to eat for that. it's best to avoid snacking on carbohydrates all the time between meals

Well lets see there is fruits, such as apples, oranges, pears grapes etc. also their are healty snacks such as trail mixes. but you have to watch out for the carbonhydrates and the fat and sugar percentages. So I like to have fruit myself and sometime I might eat some nuts but not much.

The 100 calorie packs! They are yummy and just a little 100 calories!
so many types, popcorn, cheese nips, chex, oreo, ritz, chips ahoy and many more!!!
Also, cereal, fruit, veggies, yogurt, baked chips, little salad! you really can have anything... as long as you eat onle a little bit (moderation)
