The other day, I saw some on her tummy. They were round, red spots. But today, I saw some in her big, floppy ears! She's a Yellow Lab. The poor thing, I see small red dots on the inside of the ears. Any advice?? Thank you!

Could be flea bites. Does she lay on the lawn? My golden that died last march, had massive out breaks on his stomach and neck from laying on the lawn. It was from the bugs. Also may of been from the actual lawn itself. It came & went throughout the year, mostly in the summer time. Take her to vet to get some ointment

Was she laying in fire ants? You could rub some hydrocortisone cream on them. Flea bites can also leave red spots. Bacterial infection can start off as red spots as well. If they are not gone in a day or two, or seem to be spreading, a vet trip is in order.

could be bug bites or food allergy
