Yesterday my dream became true. The boss came to the job and fired the guy that was persecuting me. Now me who was working as a contrator will replace him and work for the company. I never wished that for him but God answered my prayers.

No, the guy was probably not just persecuting you. More than likely he was bullying others. Not on that but people who tend to maliciously bully people usually get found out after a while and fired. Why does a normal occurance have to be the work of god?

Dont cast your pearls before swine. Some times the dreams we have have meanings only for us, or only for a particular person. Its not worth it to argue the point with people who's hearts are hardened to it.
Ive had many MANY dreams of things that have come to pass. Freaks the heck out of me every time. My husband didnt believe me until he saw it first hand. But it doesnt mean that I'd go around telling all sorts of people about it, or asking for the meaning from the world.

There are kids dying on the other side of the world, women being stoned to death, families being butchered. God doesn't stop any of this, and you think he's concerned about upward mobility in the workplace and your persecution complex? You sure are one undeservedly arrogant (not to mention sadly out of phase) individual. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Your logic is backwards.
You dreamed about the guy getting fired because you saw him being a jerk at work, not the other way around. Your dream and his getting fired were two results of the same cause.

that doesnt prove anything. people get fired all the time for being *** holes at work. the boss just noticed and fired him. dont look to much into it.
