Purchase a wrist support at your local drug store. Use this when you are using your hands and arms. Advil soft gel capsules work very quickly to relieve pain. Take these four times daily.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body. One tip for athletes: it is healthier to drink a sports drink or water than fruit juice, soda, coffee, or milk during competition or active training periods.

if the pain continues after two weeks see your medical doctor.

You might have tendonitis or carpal tunnel.

Take some ibuprofen or tylenol, drink a lot of water, stay away from soda, and don't use it for a few days.

You should be good after that.

Could be arthritis related but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.
