I'm not sure what type of house you are looking for. It seems like you have chosen two Igloo style houses, but if you are looking for different types you might check under this link. They have some reasonably priced houses of different varieties and compare them.

Personally I do not have a whole lot of experience with purchased doghouses. However I have many friends with hunting dogs that are kept outdoors in similar Igloo style homes. Many don't look very sturdy or insulated so I appreciate that you are making the attempt to provide good housing for your dog(s)!

Whichever type of house you choose, I would suggest putting in a google search for reviews and you will probably find many....good luck!

I have trained and owned dogs for years. Dogs just want to be with their owner. It is best to keep your dog indoors. Dogs can get into trouble when left outdoors unsupervised. If a dog gets into trouble, roll up a newpaper, take it in one hand, hit yourself on the head and say "Bad owner". Dogs are like children who never grow up and they always need "parental" supervision. If you don't trust your dog to be in your house while you are away, purchase a crate or kennel of a size suitable to the breed of your dog. Make it a pleasant experience. Never punish a dog by putting him or her in the kennel. If done properly, the dog's kennel will become his "den" and he will consider it his or her safe place.
