You need to see a gastroenterologist (dr that treats diseases and disorders of the stomach and intestines and other parts of the digestive tract) if you haven't already.

I had stomach aches for 10 years before we found the answer to my problem--Mostly. My colon stopped functioning because I was eating so many things that I couldn't digest or I was allergic to (Milk, corn, wheat, eggs, flour). It took me two years to have bowel movements again, but by avoiding foods I was allergic to and getting my bowels moving my stomach aches have greatly subsided.

maybe eat more fiber.
