well it would be hard to say that she "made sure" they were touching. if they were on the larger side then it could just be an accident (trust me it happens). if there us some other indication that she is flirting with you then yeah she probably was.

It could be, or it could be sexual harassment.
Some of the girls in my martial arts (karate) class would deck a guy like that if they didn't like him.
