i like this guy but he said i want go out wit you unless you ask me so how do i do it!!!!!!!!!!????????? i always thought the guy was suppose to ask the gurl out this is kinda weird to me!!!

...it's actually pretty simple and NO, there is nothing that says the guy has to ask the girl.

The best way is to let him think it was his idea. That way he still gets to feel like the guy and you the girl in the relationship. Wait until you are having a conversation about something like a new movie or something he likes to do. then say something like, we should see that together or I would love to try that some time, or I was thinking about trying it this weekend and t would be great if you could show me around.

This is the 21st century. Women are more assertive than they used to be years ago. Just be direct and ask him. No need for small talk.
Just say, "I want you to go to the movies with me on Saturday night."

The guys are supposed to ask the girl out. If he wants you to ask him out, he probably doesn't want to go out w/ you.
