Nothing. You probably are going more often today or you ate something spicy. Just use some wet wipes the next time you go, the moister will clean you properly and the ingredients of the wipe will help neutralize the area, soothing it. that is the simple explanation, you could also be suffering from hemorrhoids. It could be constipation causing the pain, and the straining causing the bleeding. If this is a new problem, then consider if you have changed your eating habits. Different foods could be causing you constipation. Eating more fibre and taking a stool softener will help if it is constipation. If there is no reason for a change in bowel habits, then you should see your doctor for a checkup.

Anal Cleansing

Anal cleansing is an essential part of overall personal hygiene. Not cleaning after defecation can lead to irritation of the surrounding skin, cystitis (mainly for girls and women), and embarrassment because of odor. Children need to be taught and motivated to follow hygienic anal cleansing practices because unsanitary anal cleansing is the main source of risk for transmission of infections among school children.

Although hygienic anal cleansing is important, discussion of anal cleansing is often ignored in presentations on hygiene and sanitation. The reason for this is that, in almost all cultures, dealing with or touching feces is surrounded by many taboos. Because of these taboos, it sometimes seems easier to "just forget" about the subject.

sounds like you have diarhhea, my friend. Drink plenty of fluids and if you have to, put something like neosporin, vaseline or even aloe gel on your anus where it is sore to help ease the discomfort. The pain should subside with the diarhhea. Drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy for the next few days and you should be a-ok.
