For ALL have sinned and fallen short of God's standard.
We do not teach children to be naughty do we? It's inbuilt - the Bible says that we are born in sin and shapened in iniquity.
Think about your rebellion - it may come in various forms, and we need to receive God's mercy. Don't harden your heart and be stubborn. Everyone struggles with sin throughout their lives, our conscience tells us when we do wrong. Repentance is the key to receiving God's mercy. Repentance means to turn away from and receive God's forgiveness for your wrong doing.

For God is not willing that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance.

Due to our human nature, we are are born with a rebellious spirit, but our parents with the Lords help can help to remvoe all that. YOu are correct that there are many forms of rebellion, and many dont even recognize it as that. Your idea on repentance is correct. And we cant plead ignorance. WE cant count on grace to cover continued sinning. Jesus came to make us free from sin, not to be free to sin. This messsage must be taught before Jesus comes.
He is coming soon, and we all must be ready. By obedience to Jesus, we can hold on to the free gift He has given to us. OBedience leads to blessing and disobedience leads to curse. that is all thru the Bible.
Loved your whole thing here. Press on with Jesus and HIs precious truths.

Poppycock. There is no way on God's green earth that we were all created as sinners. People are born with self interest and a desire to have what they want - that is true. Humans teach their children to behave according to the rules that we humans have imposed upon ourselves for a harmonious society.

Right and wrong are subjective concepts, and just because a lot of people believe similarly, does not make them right. We decide that stealing is a sin - but very few would condemn a mother stealing bread to feed her starving children. Things are just things - we interpret them and judge them to be godly or sinful, good or evil, or right or wrong.

Please don't glom your negative view point of your own self and bretheren upon us all. Some of us know that God loves us no matter what we do and we are all here by the grace of the creative force in the Universe - of which we are a part.

Think for yourselves folks!

Peace!

We would have no progress in the world if it were not for rebellion. Would the United States be here? Would we know that the earth is not the center of the universe? Or that the world is round? I embrace being a rebel!

I have never sinned. Sin is disobedience to a god, and there are no gods.

Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

I don't see myself as rebellious that is a tag that others put upon me because I refuse to bend knee to their beliefs.

My parents, both christian, taught me to stand up for what I believe in and not back down from it. They also taught me that my choices as to what to believe are my own and that I would not be looked down on for that. They give me total acceptance even though I refused to become a christian although being raised with the faith.

As for your god and other deities, they are not proved entities and until such proof is forthcoming I choose humanity over them.
