I guess they are like non-Christians who deny logic when it suits THEM!
question: where did everything come from?
answer: it was always there (this denies logic which states that matter can not be created, nor destroyed), but it had to come from somewhere, so the non- believers have faith that it was always ther
although there is nothing in the fossil record showing how any type of life form can add genetic material and thereby becoming another species, it continues to be thrown out there as a FACT, when nothing could be more erroneous! (it is, in fact, an unproven theory, nothing more)
Fact, the fossil record shows humans and (so called) dinosuars living at the same time.
Is it logical to claim otherwise?
why are the non-believers so willing to ignore evidence?
could it be that they do not wish to admit that they are not capable of knowing everything and not capable of being wrong?
those positions are not just untennable, but they are illogical, as well.
So I guess that Christians are just people after all with the same failings as those who choose to not be Christians.
Go figure!

It must have seemed strange to the Israelites that instead of going to battle, they were going to march around the city of Jericho for a week. But this was the Lord's plan and the Israelites were assured victory if they obeyed God. And victory they had. The walls of Jericho fell down! Lesson : God's instructions may cause you to do things that leave you scratching your head, clueless how things can work out. You may not see the logic until after you have obeyed. What is your point?

Aren't you jumping to a conclusion, that all religious people neglect logic when they talk about God? Isn't that against the rules of logic?
Why don't you read Anselm of Canterbury's Prologion or Monologion. You'll see he uses plenty of logic in talking about God.
How about the Summa Theologica? That's full of logical arguments and syllogisms.
I could go on, but it would be pointless because it seems you're not interested in hearing anything that goes against your pre-judgement (another illogical tendency).

Why do people, like you, choose to pour hate upon those who are different. I chose to embrace the God that gave me life. It is a life of love and helpfulness. There is more logic in that than the hate that is thrown around here.

Why are you being stereotypical of religious people? I have seen plenty of religious people using logical arguments in here only to be told that they are retarded for believing in the "super powerful sky fairy".
I don't know you, and you don't know me, but I am willing to bet there are times when each of us acts irrationally and ignores logic. It's called being human, and it's why Mr. Spock is a fictional character.

1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.

If all you're looking for is a logical argument I suggest you talk to theologians.

as a born again Christian, logic is but the carnal mind, God is spirit, the carnal mind cannot comprehend spirit, we as children of God are led by his spirit and the words we speak are spirit.
