I'm a Christian, and a Jehovah's witness came to my house. I told her, lets pray and ask the Holy Spirit to guide us. And she said, oh no i wont pray with anyone thats not a Jahovah.

Contrary to what people might think, this did happen. I felt bad too. I like praying with people. And i heard this from other people too.

I suspect you're making that up since ANYTIME we have a Bible study with a non-witness we pray with them. Then at the end of the study we pray again. Doesn't quite go along with what you're saying there, does it?
I'm answering this not for 'answer' points, but because I want it clear to others that your statement is not true.
Post Script: I can not and will not speak to what anyone else may or may not have done. I have stated the facts as to praying with others who are not Jehovah's Witnesses. I will say that there are some, perhaps someone new, who may have made an error with you. I don't know, I wasn't there. If I came to your door, I would not have a problem offering prayer and I am a Jehovah's Witness.

As was mentioned, Jehovah's Witnesses do pray with other people and for other people. However, I am assuming from your comments that you were the one who would be offering the prayer. Jehovah's Witnesses want to make sure that their prayers are acceptable to God so they only pray to Jehovah God (Exodus 20:4, 5), through the name of his son Jesus Christ,(John 14:6) this JW who came to your door would have been happy to offer the prayer for guidance from Jehovah's holy spirit for the two of you . However, she no doubt didn't know how you would pray... would your prayer be to Jesus, to saints, to the holy spirit...?
I am going to include a link to an article that may help you understand better why she may have felt uncomfortable. It discusses how, according to the Bible, we should pray to God. http://www.watchtower.org/library/w/1996/7/15/article_02.htm

As to praying,
Jehovah's Witnesses pray for God's holy spirit prior to going in the ministry.
Prayer is an active form of worship, and all worship is directed to Jehovah.
Jehovah rejects mixed or interfaith worship,
(2 Cor 6:14 Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what sharing does light have with darkness? 15 Further, what harmony is there between Christ and Be´li·al? Or what portion does a faithful person have with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement does God’s temple have with idols? For we are a temple of a living God; just as God said: “I shall reside among them and walk among [them], and I shall be their God, and they will be my people.” 17 “‘Therefore get out from among them, and separate yourselves,’ says Jehovah, ‘and quit touching the unclean thing’”; “‘and I will take YOU in.’” 18 “‘And I shall be a father to YOU, and YOU will be sons and daughters to me,’ says Jehovah the Almighty.”
Just because you claim to worship God, and claim to be a Christian, when you pray do you pray to Jehovah God?
Do you pray thru Jesus' ransom? Do you understand that Jesus is Jehovah's only begotten Son?
or do you believe that Jesus is God the Son?
If you believe that Jesus is more than an image of God, then you have been blinded by Satan.
2 Cor 4:4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.

JWs only pray "TO" Jehovah God the father.
They will not pray to a Egyptian Pagan Trinity.
Mat 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye:
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Jehovah's Witnesses are not interested in dialogue. As far as they are concerned, they, not you, hold the truth, and since you are in error, they will only seek to "correct" you. You can try Christian apologetics, but you'll just end up getting frustrated and turning them away. You will not convert them. That's all that's going to happen, don't waste your time with them.
