It started about 6 mo.'s ago and it only happens at night after I fall asleep. I'll wake up and go to flex my hand and the pinky pops open and shut instead of just flowing- it actls like a light switch but with no noise- there is no pain, no grinding, no swelling, and it goes away after I wake up. It will go away within minutes of me waking but it has lasted about 20 min.s 1-2x's. Does this sound like symptoms of anything anyone knows about. I know I'm not cutting off the circulation to my hand because it does it no matter how I sleep and its an everynight thing. Its kind of scary but then again with no pain involved its just a mystery to me. Please help me to figure this out.
