I love the Catholic Church, but there are some questions I would ask.
1. You say that being gay is not wrong. So why can't celibate, gay men be priests?
2. You sell souvenirs inside some of your churches; isn't that much like the money-changers Jesus threw out of the Temple?
3. Where are you on re-examining the question of the use birth control in instances where one spouse has a disease like AIDS?
4. What can you do to promote greater amity and understanding between faiths?
5. Why do the pope and cardinals of Rome dress very expensively when Christ and the Apostles wore only the simplest clothes?
6. Could we please have more Bible study classes?
7. Why, when passing between the altar and the tabernacle, are you supposed to bow to the first rather than the latter? Isn't God Himself present in the tabernacle?
8. Why weren't priests (pre-Vatican II) allowed to distribute the consecrated wine at Mass?
9. Also, how can we encourage European churches to follow this new practice?
10. How do you see yourself in the future?
