I have been running, walking, and jumproping for 30 minutes everyday. I have limited it to 30 minutes of cardio everyday and some other kinds of exercises for another 30 mintues.

I eat two times a day lunch and dinner and i only drink water. I drink alot of water everyday, and for snacks i eat fruits and vegtables like grapes and carrots.

I exercise twice a day, how long until i would start seeing results?

You don't indicate your age in the question and there are certainly other issues but I'll tell you my experience with the same issue.

There is no substitute for healthy weight loss for aerobic excercise. When I have been doing extensive aerobic exercise it seemed I could eat whatever I wanted and still lose weight.

I believe that running or walking (vigorously) are the best. Swimming is also excellent for toning and general health but I think if the goal is weight loss it's running or walking.

Depending on what kind of shape you are in (from what you say it seems you are in pretty good shape -- if not then you might want to consult your doctor depending once again on your age), run or walk. If you are not is good shape walking on a treadmill; if good shape running.

Walking takes longer. Running less time. From my experience both work.

I treadmill at 5% incline at an average rate of only 4 mph (that's a 15 minute mile) and do so for extended periods of time. The time you are excercising is probably great for your heart but not sufficient for significant weight loss (based on what you say). I think that doing an extensive walk every other day or even three versus every day is better. Your body needs time to recover.

I typically did 1 - 1.5 hours when short of time and longer when I had the time. You will burn off a lot of water (at first) and it will seem like weight loss but not really real. After a few weeks you'll have your metabolism up and will be losing a healthy amount each week. On say Saturday, sometimes I'd do a couple of hours or even more.

Running, start out trying to get at least sufficient distance to run for at least 30 minutes and work your way toward 45 min to 1 hour. You don't need to sprint. Just a reasonable run.

I wear sweat shirts to assure my temp goes up when on the treadmill in the club. Comfortable duds when running. Running shoes for running but multipurpose athletic shoes are fine for walking.

Finally, you don't say what you weight or how tall you are. You may already be at a near ideal weight and shouldn't lose weight. If the excercise regimen you state as well as your eating habits are true you shouldn't be overweight. Twice a day? Give me a break.

Do you have a scale that allows you to check your body fat content?

You need to consider what you are doing and whether or not it makes sense.

In conclusion, I found that brief excercise was great for cardio health but that extensive aerobic exercise was necessary for weight loss.

I didn't discuss your age and heart rate issues because my answer is still too long but for a short-cut, to avoid overdoing it, subtract your age from 220 and that's your approximate max heart rate. Get to 75 then 80 and then top at about 85% of the max rate and STAY THERE for the duration. I speed up and slow down some to place additional strain and to avoid boredom. I read and/or watch news while excercising. Many enjoy their walkman or pod.

Good luck and don't forget to check with the doctor if uncertain about your health.

If you follow the advice I've given you should lose some weight the first week; meaningful weight the first month; and be a couple of sizes smaller in 2 - 3 months. I'm male, I'm probably older. Don't forget that if you are already in shape this is NOT something you want to really try to do.

if you keep eating just 2 times a day -then possibly never - you might gain weight doing that.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min), light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You've by and large heard that nutrition and pastime cross in combination in wasting weight. Without pastime, you'll be able to lose a little bit weight if you are particularly chubby simply by now not consuming the entire additional energy you are not looking for. But if you are now not particularly badly chubby you'll ought to starve your self till your frame starts to cannibalize itself, and that is particularly now not well for you. I used to be in no way an workout variety of man or woman myself. But approximately five years in the past I used to be identified with Type two Diabetes (and I wasn't particularly chubby both, I used to be within the 'yellow zone' at the peak/weight chart). The surgeon informed me I HAD to get a few pastime or I would get a few horrible 'headaches' like blindness, gangrene in my ft, kidney failure, horrible stuff like that. I informed him I wasn't an workout kind of man or woman. He stated 'Why now not simply opt for a stroll? Just get misplaced within the vicinity for part an hour'. So I attempted it and, suppose it or now not (the ancient Me would not have believed it) I particularly acquired into strolling. I acquired a pedometer and an MP3 participant and inside a couple of months I used to be as much as three miles an afternoon, in approximately forty five min. (now not day-to-day, perhaps 5 occasions every week). I truthfully appear ahead to my walks, ready to listen to the following bankruptcy within the audiobook. I misplaced 25 lbs, then I slacked off and received again five lbs, however I am out of the yellow zone, I'm on the most sensible of the golf green zone. If I did it, the sector's laziest man or woman, you'll be able to do it. You simply ought to get off your tremendous fats butt. Even simply part an hour an afternoon of strolling can aid noticeably, you'll be able to see the outcome instantly (perhaps 2 or 3 weeks).

Your body stores fat because food used to be scarse . Man had to hunt for food , in our day that's not true however through evelotion we adapted to be that way. If you eat only once or twice a day (starvation diet) you are telling your body that food is scares and in return through adaptation your body is going to want to hold on to the fat and burn muscle tissue for energy (Because muscle burn calories even at rest, these kind of diets will consider muscle bulk to be too expensive to keep).

If you eat more often you will increase your metabolisim and teach your body to burn the fat for energy because there is no need for it ...Food is in aboundance and at 4 to 6 times a day. As far as time and results ...that's all genetics.
