I'm not sure if you mean films in theatres at the moment, since foreign language films don't usually have more than a week's run in the movies. Here are some on DVD:
Amores Perros
Y tu mama tambien
Spirit of the Beehive
Most of Pedro Almodovar's movies.

It's not in theatres anymore, but "Cidade de Deus" (City of God) is a pretty darn good Portuguese movie from Brazil...

"Pan's Labyrinth" ("El laberinto del Fauno")
It's really good and recent, not in theathers anymore though you may rent it or even buy it now...
Don't know much about Portuguese films but I'm sure there must be a lot mainly Brazilian...

It's already on DVD now, but I really loved Alomodvar's "Volver" with Penelope Cruz.
