This then stayed even after 5 shake days. Tomorrow i will be having the last 2 cleanse. how people loose weight, when they are in 9 day cleanse. Is it on daily basis, or only after the final cleanse. I would love to loose another 8 lbs, do you think i will loose after my final cleanse tomorrow? Thanks

u may-however once u start eating normal again it will all be put back on -this is a fad

Check with your cleansing coach.
The folks I have worked with have eliminated an average of 7 pounds over their first 9 days - some as few as 5, others as much as 15. Thus it really is an individual thing. Remember you are cleansing your body of toxins - the weight loss is a bonus side effect.
More importantly How are you felling? Sleeping? Energy Levels?
The weight won't come back IF you have adopted healthier eating habits etc... again check with your coach as each person reacts differently.
For me I've eliminated over 40 pounds and have kept it off for almost a year now.
Only one of my clients put weight back on and that was a lady that decided to go on with her original lifestyle of fast food, no exercise etc....
You may need to do another version of the 9 day, but your coach can help you with that decision.

i think you will gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal again. when you starve/deprive your body the only thing you lose is water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism dramatically and end up having higher body fat percentage (more muscle=faster metabolism)
