The problem is on day 4 you have to eat bananas and drink skim milk--as much as you want. I cannot drink milk--I simply can't stand the taste of milk. I do love cheese though. Is there a cheese made from skim milk that I could substitue for the skim milk on day 4. I cannot stand cottage cheese either. Any other suggestions? Has anyone here ever tried this cabbage soup diet? How did you do as far as losing weight?

Cabbage is EXTREMELY fibrous and gassy - if you go on that diet expect major stomach issues. Regardless of whether you are nursing or not, losing 30 lbs in 2 weeks isn't realistic. It took 9 months to go on.

I tried the cabbage soup diet and it just made me run to the bathroom all day long. I highly recommend checking out the asian noodle diet. My girlfriend told me about it a few weeks back and it has done wonders for me. The website that she sent me to was http://www.asiannoodlediet.com Good luck and God bless.

you cant go "on and off" a diet - diet is a way of life - you have to change your eating habits because thats what got you where you are in the first place.
when you deprive your body you only lose water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism dramatically and then gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal again (more muscle=faster metabolism)
