Is it a deal-breaker? Just because you like some characteristic in your BFs doesn't mean they HAVE to have it--but if you DO require it, then not hurting his feelings (potentially admirable) turns into stringing him along (unethical).
Either way, ASK him something like this: "Am I imagining things, or have you been trying to tell me that you aren't all that big below the navel?" And if he tells you yes, tell him that the only way to be sure whether he's big enough for you is to try it, and that [choose one] you're willing to wait for a while OR you're ready for that test any time he is. And that you expect to enjoy it no matter what, because it will be with him. (You want to reduce his performance anxiety as much as possible, by this and other means.)
IMPORTANT: Even if he means what you think he means, he *may* be wrong! An amazing number of guys who are average or even above average have convinced themselves that they're small by comparison to porn stars, a few friends and/or relatives, or just an erroneous expectation.

So don't say anything to hurt his feelings. That shouldn't be hard...if his penis is too small for you to get pleasure and it ends up being a deal breaker, all you need to do is tell him you two aren't a good match...you don't have to tell him he's got a small 'richard' because he probably already knows that (if that's the case).

My question is how does he treat you? how is his personality?, is he kind and loving and romantic? If you answered yes to any of these questions then his size shouldn't matter to you. I often here what is more important size or length. If he treats you like a queen what the hell does his size matter. There are always other ways a man can please a woman and a woman can please a man and if he is beneath what you consider big the why don't you work with him and don't put him down or laugh at him. We all have flaws!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't say anything.

If your togetherness is based on the size of his thing, you have a very shallow relationship and you need to get a date with a horse.
