Cream! cream cheese is wonderful, spread happily across a toasted bagel!
otherwise, I like mozzerella, or monterey jack, but I don't really like cheese that much!

Oooh... all Cheese are just Fab! But I have a favourite cheese that is made in Germany; It's gouda but it's mixed with Chillies and smoked.... Very lovely.
Normal Mature Cheddar and a platter of Grapes and savoury biscuits.... oooh wee! Also try Black Olives and Feta cheese with Olive oil and Origano sprinkled over. This is very Greek and soooo lovely.
