Try not to eat too fast; swallowing air while you eat is one of the big causes of gas.
Avoid foods like beans, cabbage, fatty foods, fried foods, alcohol, carbondated beverages and dairy products if you have a serious problem with gas. These foods aggravate the problem.

You need to rephrase your question. It's what you eat the creates the gas. Sugar is one big culprit!
