Don't listen to anyone who tells you not to get a sports car because that is ****! Don't let anyone tell you that you're too young for a sports car as your first car. What is that supposed to mean? It's whether or not you are a responsible driver. You control how fast you want to go it doesn't have a mind of its own! You can total a Ford Taurus just as easy as a Corvette. With that said... The 2000-2005 Impala SS is a pretty sporty car. It has a supercharged engine with over 200 horsepower. I don't know exactly how much, but you can find that out if you're interested in it. It has tons of trunk space, lots of room in the back seat, and it's cool.

I grew to become sixteen in early December, and that i'm fixing up my mom's previous 1987 Camaro (individually i could choose it over a sparkling vehicle, given the possibility) If it had to be new although, and four door, then i could pass with something made by Honda. Honda is oftentimes an extremely stable company for automobiles and motorcycles (even with the certainty that their vans lack means). yet once you're desiring a no longer too costly vehicle that seems a million/2 first rate, pass with something Honda. Lexus isn't too undesirable the two... Congratulations although! Hit your community classifieds like I did. I spent very just about 4 months looking around earlier I in simple terms desperate that the terrific vehicle for me replaced into already in my exterior... haha -Tanner

I'm going to tell you what you don't want to hear. NO male teenager should EVER have a sports car.

I say this from simple experience back in my high school days. Every buddy of mine that had a sports car as their first car, wrecked it soon afterwards. They just weren't experienced enough, and didn't have the skills (both physical and mental) to handle them. It only takes 1 slip up to wreck them.

Do yourself a favor and get a nice 2 or 4 door sedan with as small of 4 cylinder engine as you can. That's what I had because it was all I could afford. Since it never had any power, I never raced it or did anything stupid, and as a result, I learned good driving skills that have served me well ever since.

No such thing. As the other guy said. Learn how to drive first. Wait until you get older so the insurance will not kill you. And then you can look at two door sports cars.
