I'm a teen and I want a diet. I don't want to lose weight, I want to be healthy. I am skinny but, I'm getting a little fat becuase I eat a lot of junk food, my mom says. I'm really really skinny, but my face is ugly. Ugly!!! I have a lot ofpimples on my forehead and I really hate my face. Hate it!!! Does anyone know any healthy diets and something that I can do to fix my face?? I want to be pretty!

stop eating junk food that's what's causing the pimples and try drinking water

Try cut down on the junk food - that's what can cause the pimples. Drink plenty of water, and eat plenty of vegetables (and fruit - but fruit can be high in sugar so if you are trying to watch your weight maybe stick to substituting vegetables / salads for junk food) For a healthy diet, try to avoid fried food - grilled is preferrable, and keep snacks / junk food to a minimum. Try to have 5 servings of fruit and vegetables per day. It sounds not very exciting, but you get used to it pretty quickly!

Junk food can be the reason why you break out. Try to eat healthier. You should be sure to drink lots of water so that your body can always be hydrated. If you eat tomatoes it can help clear your skin. Wash your face with a good face wash that helps clear acne. When I was younger I use to use Neutragena products and they worked. Good luck. But remember that a good self-esteem is the key to feel good about yourself.

whats on your face depends a lot from what you put in your mouth - try eating as little processed foods as possible - the cleaner the better - a lot of fruit and veggies, lean meat, whole grains, a lot of water. cut out all the junk, fast food, sweets, anything thats made out of white flower. and exercise.

drinks lot of water!!!!
also you gotta gotta gotta take vitamins! (Multivitamins)
they will help, also try to eat more healthy foods.
if you find it hard to eat vegetables and fruits then make something like a smoothie for fruits or cook your vegetables however way you want.
p.s. i think that the vitamins really do help with the face.

Drink lots of water. We associate food with pimples but research has shown otherwise. Some people never get them, some get them in puberty, some don't get them until they are adults. Don't pick with your face and cleanse and mosturize daily.

stop drinking as much soda and eat a little healthier, and drink water.
however, this is bad but i cant help but eat and drink what i want..lol...so a good acne wash is clean and clear's continious acne control.
IT WORKS!
