For those of you who don't get it, the answer is yes. It has nothing to do with gay or inscest. If one of the brothers is a vicar, priest or marriage commissioner etc, then he can perform the ceremony to marry his brother to another person. DUH! Thus he is in fact, marrying his brother, to someone else!

No for two reasons:
(As far as I know) You can marry siblings
And two genders can marry they can only have a civil partnership, which slightly different , I have no idea why though

If you are blood related the answer is no. A couple can only get married if they are not blood related.
