it must be from french to english and if possible also english to french and I dont want to pay anything to download that and I would like to have the best that is possible in these terms. I would be very happy if someone bilingual or learning french or interested in french language helped me:)

I use that, and it works better than most I've downloaded. Also, it's only 200 something kb!

The first thing that I can think of is that you try to search it via a torrent (go to: torrentspy.com, or thepiratebay.org). But to download the torrent, your dictionary, just use a P2P download client (or whatever they are called), and for this I recomend bitlord (google bitlord click on the first link).

you know there is a french dictionary in microsoft word? and it's really good, has always recognised words that were not in my dictionary. and it's english-french and french-english. only it can just translate individual words, not phrases or sentences. but it's good i find it a good help!

not just for french-english dictionary but for anything u wnna download...go to any search engine...i prefer google...go to google and search with your detail requirement for example in your case it is"french-english dictionary free download"u will see many options and u can choose accordingly...enjoy hehehe

sry don't know any french but dictionary.com has a translating tool that I used all the time for spanish. hope it helps :)
