coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, chocolate, and even some gums have caffeine. It's all bad for you.

I prefer energy drinks myself. But you should only drink them in small doses and don't overdue it. Some people that drink lots of coffee end up getting migraines and headaches, but they don't seem to want to give it up. Can be as addicting as any other drug.
