Pit bulls are great pets!! It is all how you raise them!! Don't let people tell you different!!! You should not exercise them until after 1 yr old. Let him play but have him jump or play hard his bones have to finish growing. Cooked rice, raw eggs, beef livers, uncooked chicken. That is what I did with mine. My males ended up weighing over 80 lbs. After a 1 1/2 yrs I would put a heavy chain around his neck & take him for a long run. He LOVED it! They are working dogs & love that stuff!!! Good luck!!!!

Keep giving him puppy food, Pups are usualy more rooly then adult dogs. My pug is almost a year old and he is starting to look like an adult now.
Just keep feeding him puppy fod and take him on walks. Soon you will have a great looking adult pitty and you may miss the puppy a little

He is still a pup...alot of dogs are still growing until 2 yrs of age.
Don't rush it or it can cause joint problems as well as other problems.
Make sure you feed it a good puppy food for example Nutro, Pro Plan, Iams etc...He will soon grow.

Take him on walks and other exercise. Check with your vet before any vigorous exercise, as pit bull puppies are prone to joint problems if they run, etc., too early. As for bulk, pitbulls are supposed be almost skinny, so don't overfeed him.

if he is underweight you need to find out from the vet if there is an undelying problem such as worms.
otherwise just plenty of a good dry food.
You can try any pasta as it puts on some weight but the main thing is a good dogfood . good luck and hope this will help

Keep him on puppy food, as it has more protein. Also, you can mix it with cottage cheese/rocotta cheese again for more protein or add some boiled chicken.

pits don't really "bulk up" until they mature, and your dog may never be as "bulldoggy" as you want him to be. as a side note, pit bulls are never supposed to be monstrously wide, they are supposed to be athletic, sleek, and muscular.
