No, The Salvation Navy closed down due to only selling frilly lacey dresses, and having a slogan that boasted "most FAB-UUUU-LOUS charity in town." However there is a salvation Marines.
The proceeds go towards solving agent orange and Desert Storm psychosis... as well as curing STD's.

Well, they aren't really called that, but there are a couple of missions organizations that travel by ship. One of these is known as Mercy Ships, and the other is Friend Ships.
Both advance the Gospel message through a variety of missions, including medical help.
