check when you pee to see if the water is clear (you have drank too much water.. which could lead to fatigue headaches and loss of electrolights) pee should be light yellow(healthy)
you should eat 2 medium fruits and 3 cups veggies. one cup of any lettuce = 1/2 cup of veggies. you also need 48grams of whole grains like in Kashi products, rice, bread etc... you also need 1000mg calcium (100% daily value). Make sure that you get 50 grams of protein. Milk, kashi cereal, meat, beans, bread and pasta all have protein. you also need 1gram omega 3's wich can easily come from 7 halves walnuts or 1 serving fish which is the size of a deck of cards. if you eat all this you will have all the nutrients you need ... but to be sure you should take a multi vitamin. make sure you eat more than 1200 calories (starving), 1500 calories to loss weight 2000 to mantain your weight and over 2000 to gain weight. you should also lift weights 30 mins a week and sweat for an hour a week. women do not get large muscles from weight lifting because they dont have a lot of testosterone so dont worry about that. everyday you should take 10,000 steps(can be counted with a pedometer)
i hope that is not to confusing or over whelming but i have done a lot of research and talked to doctors which all confirm this is VERY healthy. if you have a snack try to keep it under 300 calories because of added sugar(40g daily) fat (avoid trans fats) and sodium (2400 mg daily)

no - drinking water is good but dont drink more than a galon a day, it will not make you lose weight.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

A little bit of no and a little of yes. The "no" part is that increasing your consumption of anything increases the amount of work your digestive system has to do to digest it, making it store more as fat. However, because your body needs so much water each day, it is difficult to have any problems by drinking a lot of it. For instance, my track coach recently told me to increase my water intake each day from 12 cups to 16 cups- quite a lot of water. If you can drink that much, go right ahead. It will slightly increase your metabolism and allow you to burn fat faster in the future. However, if you're not an athlete anyway, you will have difficulty taking in that much water. I have been drinking the larger amount of water for a couple of months now and I have noticed a difference. However, if you are dedicated to this, just know that you need to keep it up for three to four weeks to see any major changes, and you are going to pee more than ever. Not kidding here.

it won't matter if you will drink lets say 2 gallons of water every day and then eat Mcdonalds for lunch and dinner, I lost weight by not eating red meat (I mostly are grilled skinless chicken) and I went to the gym every day. yes water is a big part of it but you need to change what you eat as well.

Drinking enough water is necessary for good health and proper bodily functions. It has nothing to do with weight loss.
