Could be any of a number of reasons. Give him another few days and if he doesnt call then move on and forget him.

Everyone pretty much said the answers. Either he get to nervous and doesn't call or he was just seeing if he could get your number. For me if I was getting a girl's number, I would give her mine if I thought she was really interested. Then I would probably do one of two things when I got the number, first ask her if it was her cell or house. If it was her cell then I would call her to see if she gave me her real number. Then leave and call her later maybe be in a couple of minutes just to play with her.

This is one of the things every girl asks about guys. And it's easy to take it personally but don't. The truth is, It really has nothing to do with you or how much he likes you, it's more of a (not to make a cliche) "guy thing." Guys just aren't as phone friendly as girls. To put it another way, If everything seems fine when your together in person, then you shouldn't worry too much about it - however, mind you, if you feel he is blatantly ignoring you and not calling you when he promises he will, that's another story. No guy's perfect, but a guy who can't give you the truth isn't giving you respect, either.

Sometimes guys really mean that they will call you but then they meet a more attractive woman or they think that if they do they'll be tied down. Next time, if you really like a guy and he asks you for his number, ask him for his cell phone number and then while he's still there call him and say you're making sure that you got it right. If it doesn't ring he's lying and he'll be humiliated.

Maybe he lost the number, or just forgot. Or, maybe he has a girlfriend and hasn't gotten around to calling you yet. Some guys like to wait, so they don't seem too desperate. But if a guy is really interested, he will call you.

If a guy gets a # from an attractive female and he never then he is living with someone and hasn't had the time or He is spending a ridiculous amount of time with someone else and he just doesn't have time to call you

He is probably just nervous and scared of rejection. He's nervous because he's not sure what he's going to talk about or if he'll sound stupid with the things he does talk about. He's scared of rejection because even though you have showed no signs of rejecting him it could still happen in his mind. (It's all about the ego that men are born with) So next time you see him ask for his number and call him.

He might be to nervous to call you, or maybe he has other interests, but if you guys have something good going, as far as the flirting goes, hes prob nervous

or maybe he just likes collecting numbers :|

They collect numbers and call the ones they think are best, or the ones that will give them what they want. Guys collect numbers just like they collected baseball cards as a kid.

some guys just like to see how many numbers they can collect with no intention of ever calling the girls. trust me, I've asked guys this question before and that's what they admit to. Sad huh? >L
